True story about my ex-roommate during Diploma Semester 2.


"I have noticed my roommate has very abnormal eating patterns. She tends to only eat one meal a day, and does not snack in between. She often lies about eating during the day to prevent her friends(including me) from being worried. Or makes up excuses for why she is skipping a meal. After eating (when she does eat) she will go to the bathroom right away. She sleeps a lot, never seems to have much energy, and she never exercises. Many times during the day I will find her just analyzing her body in front of the mirror in our room. She has told me how she has lost a substantial amount of weight recently- going from a size 8 to a size 1 in a matter of months. I am concerns about her because as much as I know, her family has a history of depression. I am really worried about her, but I don’t know how to approach the issue without her getting defensive."


Then, her best girlfriend told her 5 simple tips on how to live healthier life and be a happiest person without torturing or mistreating herself :

1. Do what you love.
2. Reward yourself. 
3. Keep junk out of reach. 
4. Set a goal.
5. Give yourself a break.
